We are a small central Indiana cattle farm that is completely family ran. We are trying to keep alive the American Dream that a family can make a living with cattle. It is getting harder for that to be a reality, but we believe that with a great product and word of mouth anything is possible.  

Our product, Black Angus Beef, is Born and raised on a Trietsch farm. Very few beef suppliers can say that the meat they’re selling was born on their farm. We know the history of each animal. The ancestry, the Genetics, anything that happened to that animal throughout its life span. We have every Carcass Graded so we know what we are providing to our customers. We are mostly Choice but every year we have more and more Prime carcasses. We use a rotational pasture system that the cattle naturally help maintain and improve the pastures which provide them with nourishing grasses to eat.
