Description
Half a beef includes processing charges. You get to chose all your own cuts for the half. This is Approx 180-220#s of retail cuts, once you place your deposit to be put on our list we will call you when its ready to be butchered, this is when we will go over your cut sheet. We will then send the remainder invoice due and set up a delivery date when the beef is finished being cut.
